3 Pack Body Composition Analysis-NON MEMBER

Members may cancel their membership by providing a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to [email protected]. (i.e. If next billing date is the 1st of the month, notice must be given 30 days prior to that date.) 

During the notice period, members may continue to attend classes until the cancellation date. Upon cancellation, members will not be billed for subsequent months. No refunds will be provided for partial months. Members must settle any outstanding dues before the cancellation is finalized. 

Early termination fees apply if the membership is canceled before the contracted period ends. 

A membership freeze option is available at $30/ month. To initiate a freeze, members must provide a written notice at least 30 days prior to requested freeze date to [email protected]. 

During the notice period, members may continue to attend classes until the freeze date. Members must settle any outstanding dues before the freeze may take effect. The maximum freeze period allowed is 3 months.
